If you want to be healthy, happy and energised, you have to exercise. It’s as simple as that!
It doesn’t matter what exercise you perform, the only thing that matters is that you perform it. Unfortunately however, the current circumstances in today’s world has made it increasingly more difficult to exercise. The gym-less society that we now live in has given us even more excuses than before, and it’s affecting our levels of daily activity.
In order to help you protect, maintain and improve your overall health and fitness, we decided it was incredibly valuable to create the evolve fitness program. This program was designed to help support your level of activity from the comfort of your own home, with little to no equipment.
Benjamin Franklin said it perfectly, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”
So that’s what we would like you to do, we would like you to plan. Plan to make the time, and commit to it. Once you set aside the time and commit to exercise, all you have to do from there is select the program that’s right for you and follow the instructions.
PROGRAMS
With 3 programs to choose from, there is plenty of variety to suit all fitness levels.
EVOLVE - This program is designed for novice trainers that are just starting their fitness journey.
EVOLVING - This program is designed for intermediate trainers that need a little more structure and motivation.
EVOLVED - This program is designed for advanced trainers that need a challenge.
It is incredibly important that you know your physical capabilities and that you warm up properly.
If you suffer from any pre-existing health conditions, such as heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint conditions made worse by exercise, unexplained dizziness etc. then please consult with your health care practitioner before undertaking any of the programs.
