Over the past five years, he has helped corporate and private businesses create better relationships, communication and organisational performance through his accredited Enneagram practice and teaching.

Before that, he worked in local government for over 30 years, 25 of which were in senior management positions across two separate states.

Having been a CEO himself for large city Councils in Queensland (for over 17 years, might we add), Rob knows a thing or two about executive development and strategies for success. He has also served as the Queensland and National President of the Local Government Managers Association (LGMA).
