Meditation is the most powerful stress-relieving tool there is.

Our Meditation Program gives you a technique to experience radiant, good health. Reducing the amount of accumulated stress and fatigue in your body will help you perform at the top of your game in all areas of life – to achieve your full potential.

In just two hours a day for four days during our meditation program, you will learn a self-sufficient meditation technique that you can practice for the rest of your life. Our Meditation Program is taught in four sessions. In this carefully-designed, yet simple sessions, you will develop a deeper understanding of the mind from both the perspective of modern science and ancient wisdom, gaining the practical tools required to minimize the effects of stress.

Course Structure

The 20 minutes that can change your life

The course follows a sequential and step-by-step process over four days. We know that for new learning and change to be effective, it takes place in stages through repetition and verification of the experience.

Through the individual and group sessions, you will build a deeper understanding of the mind from the perspective of modern science and ancient wisdom.

Day 1: Learning to Meditate (1-hour individual appointment)

In the first session, you will receive individual instruction in the technique from an experienced, trained teacher.

Day 2: Verification & Validation (2-hour group session)

The program's second day is one for verifying and validating your practice. This session covers all the practical aspects of using meditation in your daily routine; when, where and how to do it to get the best results.

Day 3: The Mind-Body Connection & Meditation (2-hour group session)  

On the third day of the program, we continue to build your understanding of the technique. You will learn; how the mind and body work together during meditation and how deep rest during meditation positively affects the mind and develops more energy, clarity, positivity and resilience. We continue to confirm the correctness of your experience.

Day 4: Scientific Benefits & Establishing a New Routine (2-hour group session)

The fourth day focuses on the immediate and long-term benefits of the technique. In this session, you will learn how physical, emotional and mental stress is created and how the stress response impairs brain functioning, creativity and problem-solving ability. You will understand how to eliminate the stress that accumulates in the body over a lifetime so you can experience clear, focused, creative thinking and start living to your full potential.

Day 5: Integration & Inspiration (10-days after the program)

After the 4-day course, you will receive all the knowledge and experience you need to use this technique in daily life successfully. This session is designed to offer further support and ensure that you integrate meditation into your everyday life.

Session 6Success Without Stress (20-days after the program)

This is the end of the meditation program, but the start of a journey - one that we’ll walk together. Today you will learn two additional techniques to support your mental, physical and emotional well-being. With this, you now have all the tools, knowledge and experience to live a life of Success Without Stress.

THE 4-DAY MEDITATION COURSE

Our Meditation program includes four sessions -

The first session will be an individual 45-minute appointment. In this first session, you will receive individual instruction in the technique from an experienced teacher. Learning to meditate is easy and natural so by the end of the session most people notice they feel a deep sense of rest and relaxation.

In the second session, your practice of the technique will be verified and validated. This 90 minute group session covers the practical aspects of using meditation in your daily routine, including when, where and how to meditate to get the very best results.

The third session is designed to further develop your understanding of the technique. You will learn how physical, emotional and mental stress is created, and how stress impairs brain functioning, creativity and problem-solving abilities. You will learn how the mind and body work together during meditation, how the state of deep rest gained during meditation increases your personal energy and how to minimise the effects of stress on your mind, body and behaviour.  This third session is approximately 90 minutes.

The fourth session focuses on the immediate and long-term benefits of the meditation technique. The experiential nature of the learning in this program is the key to its success. It is a practical way to discover for yourself how quickly the brain’s reactive stress response can be pacified naturally. Over the previous three days you will have been practising the new technique and noticing gradual improvements. The scientific evidence on how the brain changes during meditation is explored and presentations on the improvements to leadership in self- awareness, emotional self -control and other  life enhancing  experiences are reported in the group. You will discover how consistent improvement is delivered through regular daily use of the meditation for brain training and performance results.
