UPCOMING PROGRAM: Adelaide Success Without Stress Meditation Program

From the 23rd - 26th September, 2017 we will be running a Success Without Stress Meditation Program in Adelaide.

 

 

 

The Success Without Stress Program is specifically designed to help you reduce stress from your life, resulting in improved health, well-being and performance.

 

To achieve this we use meditation: a simple technique that is easy to learn when taught correctly. Reduced stress results in dramatically improved health, wellbeing and enhanced ability to achieve our full potential.

 

This program will be led and taught by Steve Griffith, CEO & Founder of the Griffith Group.

 

 

Our Meditation Program is taught in four sessions. In these carefully-design yet simple sessions, you will develop a deeper understanding of the mind from both the perspective of modern science and ancient wisdom, gaining the practical tools required to minimize the effects of stress.

 

 The course will be four consecutive days:


  • Day 1: Saturday 23rd September 2017, 45-minute appointed time
  • Day 2: Sunday 24th September 2017, Establishing the Practice
  • Day 3: Monday 25th September 2017, The Mind, Body and Meditation
  • Day 4: Tuesday 26th September 2017, Development of Human Potential
